4-Week Independent Clay Study

These 4-week sessions are designed for individuals who have taken clay classes with Stumptown Art Studio, or who have experience in the last three years with studio work, and would like guidance and feedback in their continued clay exploration. Weekly sessions will meet for demonstration, instruction, and help with self-motivated projects. Includes studio access during regular business hours.

Clay Class & Expectations

Class is offered in 4-week sessions January - April

Due to high demand for limited spaces, individuals may be limited to 2, 4-week memberships; additional shelf space for "regular" SAS Co-op members will NOT be provided - work in progress must be stored on your member shelf, or on a temporary shelf space during your session.  This class format is a great way to continue your clay experience without fully committing to our 3-month Co-Op Membership.

NOTE: To register for this 4-Week course, please contact our Clay Studio manager, Jeanne

She will send you a short questionnaire for you to fill out about your clay experience. This form is REQUIRED to be filled out by all potential students.  Registration is not complete or eligible for approval without a completed survey.  Eligible registrants will be reviewed by the co-op manager in order to approve the final class list.

Cost: $175 per session / Includes instruction, studio time, basic glazes and firing. Clay sold separately and available to purchase at the Studio.
