Class Cancellation Policy

As a 501c3 non-profit organization, we have worked hard to keep our classes affordable and available to all. 

Stumptown Art Studio request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class.  This gives us the opportunity to fill the class.  You may cancel by phone (406).862.5929 or in person at the front desk.  If you must cancel your spot in class, we will offer you a 100% credit to your account or a refund as long as you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the class.  Credits may be used for any future class or drop-in art project.  No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class date/time.

Additionally, there are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawals after a weekly class begins.  Please understand that your tuition money has been spent in purchasing supplies and paying our instructors.

Stumptown Art Studio may need to cancel classes when enrollment minimums are not reached, or due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.  Cancellations are determined no later than 24 hours before the class starts if possible.  If we do cancel a class, camp or workshop, the student will have the option to transfer to another class at no cost, as long as space is available, or receive a 100% refund.

Upon reserving a spot, you agree to these terms.
